The nearby Immeln Lake offers many opportunities for swimming, fishing, canoeing. In Breanäs only 5 km away, there is a public beach where you can rent boats. We are happy to get a fishing-license for you.

Bicycle

The area around Björkhult is relatively flat and small, little-used dirt roads through the unspoilt countryside are ideal for cycling.

The beautiful surroundings makes you want to take long walks in nature. We can show you the best routes.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. If you want to travel with your dog, please pay attention to the Swedish vaccinate regulations.

Horses/Ponies

You can also take a horse and pony with you in holiday. We have spacious stalls, a beautiful pasture and in the area around Björkhult see many horse tracks.

Shopping

You can buy food for the daily needs in in Lönsboda (9km) or in  Sibbhult (10km). A larger selection can be found in Osby (26km) or in Kristianstad (37km)

If do not want to cook for yourself, we are happy to recommend various restaurants and inns.

Rental Car

Björkhult is rural. So you probably need a car or you will not get around. A car you can rent in Osby or Hässleholm for example.

For a small car, you pay for a week about 250 to 300 euros.
